pajevo info ?

hi , just wondering are there any pajero / shogun evo owners on here ? my mate is planning one of these at some point and is wondering what common problems there are to look out for ?

ive driven one of them and not very nice. i never saw the point in them and they are not as quick as you would think. they lack alot in torque just like the 2.0 vtec honda crv and crap for towing but i reckon they were prob based on the original chasis etc and so its never going to give him problems. look on wikipedia and get some base facts on them. ive owned a few shoguns and they are great and i think the evo is more economical than the 3.0 tdi,s believe it or not. somebody on here must be able to fill you in on them tho.

you can get a shogun/pajero evo. rare but they are about. pajeros are imports and the shogun is uk but the same thing.

They are fine if you are into that sort of thing and what Koeck has stated is very true.....They are more economical that the 3.0 Turbo Diesel Version!!!

they arent to every ones taste,, But i was honestly thinking of getn one before i bought the e4,,

I have liked them for a looooooooooooooong time,, who knowz maybe i might still get one,,

thanks for the info guys , i'll let him know your thoughts , although i think he has the spec's for the paj evo already , and should of mentioned he does already own the 2.8 tdi shogun (swb) i'm quite surprised at the talk of poor performance with nearly 300 bhp , i thought that this would be quite quick even in a pajero ? ,....
