The breathers are breathing the vapour and it's condensing back into oil, it's normal.

Basicly yes. But a propper catch can set up.
Do not just connect it to the right hand side of rocker cover and think that will do as that port is the breather port.
You will need to sort the rear port aswell

So 1 catch can with 2 inlet ports and a breather set up.
Then a hose from rear of rocker cover and hose from right hand side of rocker cover to the catch tank. This will sort the issue with oil in the I/C pipes.

Thanks for the advice :) so if I get a catch can and pipe both breathers to it do I just block up the old breather ports that lead to the inlet?

Yep.
How it works in std set up it takes air from the right side
At back on rocker cover there is a valve that opens when on boost other end connects to Inlet manifold. So blows across engine from right to left.
You need to blank off any inlet connections and just have both ports to the catch can.
But the catch can must have a breather filter on top of some kind.
