Oils which and where

I will soon be having my engine put back in the car when built. I have been told for a run in I need to use mineral oil. Where from and what weight oil. One run in is complete what oil should I be using as I was using the wring stuff before. E8 fq300.

Also need oil in gearbox and transfer box what oil in those, sorry not had to do this before

10/40 mineral oil for running in

then you have a choice of silcolene pro s 10/50 or millners

Opie do some cracking deals, if you sign up to their mailing list you'll see they sometimes do free delivery, extra's etc. I try where best to buy in bulk to get myself a discount.

My dad has the types of oil I needs wrote down and he is checking what his trade discount is first I no I could pos miss out on a deal but he has taken reigns and I don't wanna end up with double everything lol
