Oil Light Flicker-sump debris

I had oil light flickering at idle, slight rough noise from engine at certain RPMs and debris in the sump,

so far big ends, main bearings, balance shafts, oil pump all ok,
cams and small ends also appear ok, no play on crank thrust bearing

Any thoughts?

Turned out to be mains, two spun I think.

Oil flicker on idle was real, was also cutting out on idle.

ah well

not good at all that, will you be rebuilding yourself or going for a stroker or forged build ??

Ya might have some debris in the cooler too so might be better to replace it.
