oil coming out of manifold stud ??

ive noticed this this morning why does it do it ? and what can i do to stop it ?

Its because the oil lines in the head are right at the end of the exhaust stud holes. If you over tighten them, then gradually it will leak out.

obviously tapped hole for stud has broken through into oil way
try some thread tape/silicon on stud first. if that does not work
you could make a short piece of stud saw screwdriver flat in it screw this into
bottom of thread then flood weld bottom of hole up this can be done with head in
place

as said, there is a oil gallery behind there so just refit with some sealant or ptfe tape, do go to wild with it though as you don't want any sealent getting into the gallery.
