After much fiddling with the pipes,got the little one off the bulk head , but couldn't get the larger pipe out, as there is not much room, so i just hacksawed the pipe, as i decided the Aircon will never be going back on..

Yeah i left it place bud, as you can only remove it when the inter-cooler has been taken off, Had the rad out loads of room, but fan bolts are facing forward and go into cooler Doh.. Maybe another time i will take it off..

I read somewhere that the aircon uses less fuel than the windows down :awesome: at 70mph ....Ill try find the link !!!

ditched mine aswell man, wont be needing that nd you can save a fair bit of weight aswell. i noticed though that the braket that holds the the air con unit isnt in that pyle, its not needed any more and is a heffty little bugger
