depend on what cams/Manifold you get mate, to get proper results from a manifold yopud need to spend a good £400-£700, cams im not to clued up on, but i think better uprated cams would give you better results, but it just depends on how much you willing to spend really.

I think I should have about £650 to spend or so ? My performance mods on my 9 so far are. Decat , 3 port , fuel pump , and HKS filter . I really want to squeeze abit more power out the car without haveing to dig deep and get the piston and rods done as I haven't got the money for that just yet ... ?

Not sure of the power cos it was mapped in road and haven't had it on the rollers yet . Really need to

They run 70mm top pipework which is plenty under stock set up.. You could get a second hand mani for that but you will need a throttle body per 3inch 76mm and you won't really see any difference.. Upgraded cams would see some extra power

Your better off just saving up won't get too much more from either mod..bigger manifold is done when pushing for bigger power as stock can cope to over 500bhp if I have been told right.

Soooo many choices : ) . I think first I'm goin to get the car on the rollers and see what it's doin , if I'm under the 400 mark I mite get some cams , if it's at it's limit I mite get myself a new exhaust , hopefully all in time for japshow final ; ). Cheers for all the help ... : )

Go for a set of kelford cams and a 3" zorst and downpipe

Going over the budget.. for all of that lol.. full exhaust is a good idea better flow..
