Number plate question

If you have Uk type number plate on the front on the evo(rectangle)
Can you change them to the gap style ones(square)?????

i beleive they can be smaller too if they are imports??

I do not think that they can be smaller too, there is legislation in place which pre determines reg. plate sizes.

There is a thread on here regarding legal requirements in which Mr Lancer (MOT Man) has given the sizes allowed by law.
