not running properly??

i put a decat pipe in my 4,and now its not boosting properly.when it goes into boost it feels like its dropping off slightly and u can see the boost gauge flicker a little maybe .1 of a bar,i have a greddy boost controller and evo 7 ecu,if i turn up the boost its not so bad but dont wanna blow her up..

any ideas boys?

you've altered how the engine now breaths so will need to adjust the boost controller.

Which GReddy boost controller are you running?? Is it a profec B, Spec 2 or a Spec 2 manual???

Which de-cat pipe have you fitted???
Is the rest of the exhaust standard spec???

Adjusting the boost will not cure the problem.

Get back to me with exactly what you have done and I will tell you the best solution buddy.

i think its a profec b,the decat is brand new japspeed,and it has a full hks hi power system on it.
