Hi guys, im shaine and best say to start with I haven't bought my evo as yet, I can't wait to get one, however I need some advice to begin with. I've got roughly 10-12k at a max to spend but I just want to know some of the things to watch out for. I'm after a 5,6 or 8 as I think they are just dam sexy, but open to advice an suggestions. Thanks for any replies in advance

Hi and welcome,that is a good budget,I do prefer the 5/6 but you could get a lovely 8 for your money .good luck

Welcome to the forum! We all have different taste's and opinion's on Evo's here but we all know and agree on one thing!!!! They bloody empty your wallet as fast as they empty the petrol tank of full chat!

Thanks guys, I've been looking at a couple of 9's today and are in my budget. Was quite surprised to find them for that kind of money. The only draw back I'm finding is that they are all about 4 hours from me and wouldn't want to go see one to find it doesn't match its description

I did a 10 hour round trip for my V and im very happy i did.

Looking like I'm off to Scotland for a 9 all being well week tomorrow will have one on my drive
