Yh I need to look around at prices and what you get for your money, ie is it just repaired or cleaned up like new too for the monies. I have sorted and sourced all the parts for the repair kit today through our suppliers we already use

Most of the monies is for the cad designs. If we don't have much in tomos I'm gonna clean up my pump and see how it goes cos it all adds to the experience if people get a pump back that looks like it's been refurbed.

Looked at going into this myself as it isn't to bad to do. Only problem being is it seem alot of pumps just can't be repaired due to the actual pump body just crumbling to bits. This happened to our mates pump on his Evo VIII even the solenoids had to go in the bin cos they had corroded in too.
All depends how far gone the pump body is.

Yh this was the prob with mine to an extent, my pump part broke, just means ill have to get hold of some spares too possibly.

gave it a quick going over with the sand blaster today, not too much extra work, not quite finished had to jump on something else, but at least it's gonna look like something has been done to it rather than the one someone posted up the other day, which the got back all dirty, broken and sealer all over it

Right!!!! Update time....

I have rebuilt my pump sealed it and fitted back to the car, that all went rather smoothly.

Now my next prob, the bloody thing won't engage now. No power getting to the pump, I have tried the ignition on pedal to the floor and its not engaging.

I have had a test light on the motor terminals and no power there, have pulled the relay and tested and it's all good, and have checked all fuses. Have also disconnected battery for 10 mins to reset any fault codes but still nothing, any ideas people
