Noise osf wheel?

Hi there im after a bit of info,
Ive got a evo v and ive got a horrible scraping noise from drivers front wheel this noise gets louder and louder on braking it continues when not braking but not as loud
Ive checkedthe brakes they seem ok and cant see any stones,
There is play in what feels like the bearing but feels the same both sides do unsure if it maybe the bearing?

There is a medievil type of pad sensor its just a bit of metal doubled back towards the disc it means your pads are due to be changed, you could always remove pads and pull off the bit of metal and keep an eye on the pads like me

Still having problems withthis you can actually get a very loud creaking on standstill as i pressthe brake this seems the same noise i hear while driving!
Any ideas?
