Newbie from near Norwich

Hi guys, just joined up ive not got an evo yet thought I would join up and get to know a few of you from my way.
Is there many meets this way? I'm after an evo 8 pro dafter Xmas time, anything to watch out for? And obviously these thingsarethirsty but are they really as bad as the horror stories people tell?

Where in Norwich you from? I help run a club called fyc in the Norfolk and North Suffolk area.

We've got a big meet on at snetterton next weekend. There should be a couple of nice Evos there. I'd be more than happy to walk you through the kind of stuff to look for.

It's around 11-6 I think.

Basically, due to some knob heads around the local area we are being tared with the same brush as the chavs. To that end we started to look for private locations to hold our meets on.

This lead us to snetterton. We then found out that someone who used to hang about with us is now 1 of the big wigs up there. He has invited us to have basically as much Tarmac as we want in the public parking during a club msv track day.

We've invited some more localish clubs too and they will have their own stands. We've set it out like a mini show if you like.

On track there is a public track day ,the 200 circuit will be ran in 20min sessions. 20mins cars then 20 bikes. The 100 is a drift day.

As per usual track days, the cafe, toilets etc will be open too.

Hi guys thanks for your responses, sorry about the delay :/
Ive now picked up a totally standard 2 owner full main dealer history Evo 8.
One issue with the dreaded 3 lights ayc but I managed to get another £600 notes off the asking price which should cover a refurbed one being fitted, good job i done my homework on this lol. What meets etc are going down around our way then?
There is a meet this sunday organised by Anlglian modified or something they are meeting in norwich and then off to GY, thought it might be noce to get a few evos to come along, me and a friend in his evo 8 are going so thats two ao far, any more fancy this?
