Please Share With Other And Let Other Know, It Not Happen To Me But Other People.
They Target Women Very Easily.
1st Type. People Drive Around Looking For Car With Bump And Scrape. The Guy Would Pull Over(normaly Target Women) Say You Just Hit My Car (being Very Aggressively) And Then Say Just Give Me Money And We Wont Go To The Insurance Company. - Best Thing To Do His Tell Him Im Calling The Cop As Your Are Committing Fruad- Most Case He Will Back Up And If He Get Aggressive Try Getting Help And Ring The Police And Explain What Happen. This Happen A Few Week Ago And My Mate Saw It, Went To The Lady, She Explain What Happen And Told The Guy Let Call The Cop. He Said Just Give Me 100 Pound, But My Mate Told The Women Call The Cop. Soon Has She Got On The Phone, He Got Off, Just To Add The Guy Was With His Kid Just To Make It Look Genuine. Also Please Take The Guy Reg Number And Let The Police Know As He Will Try It With Someone Eless.
2) My Other Mate Sister Took Her Car To Asda, Few Week Later She Got A Letter Saying You Hit Another Car, Very Very Common. When The Insurance Company Investigate Found Out It Was A Fraud.
3) Also Someone Eless Got A Letter Saying You Hit My Car But The Driver At That Time Was At Work . She Got Cctv From Work With Statement From The Boss Saying She Was At Work, And The Case Was Thrown Out.

These have been happening for a while in brum. The latest one is were they run into the back of you & wait for you to pull over to jack you with the keys. Or theyll follow your dear wife/girlfriend & pull her out. I no its not insurance fraud but its still a scam!

Something like this happened to me a few years back.
I was driving my e46 convertible with my 3 months old baby girl. Basically 2 cars in front of me about to join a dual carriageway when the 1st car did an emergency brake out of nowhere at 30 mph which made all of us behind piling up. 4 cars including me I was the 3rd in the line, the 4th car slammed behind me as he was going a little faster (maybe) which pushed my car to the second car and slightly damaged the rear, as in bumper guard came of only no dents etc. 1st car drove off in speed right after. Anyways 5 guys came out on the 2nd car reassuring we were all ok and exchanged each others details. Few days after my insurance rep came to visit and showed me a picture of the damaged on the 2nd car and it was all dented, scraped looked like it had a severe damaged on the rear creasing the quarter panel. Luckily I took a video and photo of the accident showing minor damaged. To cut the story short, 2 weeks down the line they found out that it was all a scammed and that the 1st and 2nd car were working together so that 5 guys can claim damaged and accident compensation, now I do t know how they found out but I'm glad they did and my daughter was unhurt. :)

Thats out of order but believeable!! I was a passenger in a car going round a wide island following 2 cars when the car infront slammed on his brakes on as he was cut up by the 1st car. When we was avoiding the collision a car came screaming past on the inside which wouldve cleared us out, hence sending us unto the back of the car infront of us as car 1 & 4 drove off. To cut a long story short it was all staged & the 3 men in the car infront of us claimed over 16k in damages & the car was written off (even tho we had a pic of the scratch on the rear bumper) & was told they were serial clamants claiming 12 accidents that yr!!

The insurance can be asshole as well and police need to treat this more serious and bring charged like dangerous driving ,does someone has to die before some real action is taken
