new brakes grinding

Hi all,thanks for any help in advance
Changed my front disks and pads today on brembos and now it's grinding badly?
This happens when not breaking and sounds worse when turning left and right, it feels like their binding a little at times.
They stop spot on but the noise is awful when not engaging them,it's too dark tonight but any ideas

New discs? They might have a little paint layer over them makes them a little thicker soon should wear off

I'd say the disks are the wrong size,but I'll have a look tomorrow,they slow me down without pressing them....cc ant be good
