Need to pass emissions MOT!

I'm bringing my 1995 eclipse GSX over in november and I'm wondering if anyone knows what numbers you got for your emissions part of the mot. There are not to many of my car in the uk, so I've been told that they test it against an Evo3, same engine. Any help is awesome, also if anyone knows of a tester that would just...pass...me, that's cool too ;-)

Vehicles Fitted with a different engine

Test according to which is older, engine or vehicle.
e.g. A 1995 car fitted with a 1991 engine (of whatever make), test to 1991 standards for emission purposes.

Note: The onus is on the vehicle presenter
to prove engine age.

If the car is not type approved eg import only, no record will be held by the dvla for emissions and therefore it should be tested as a non cat. This is how evos up to (i think) the 4 can legally pass an mot with a decat fitted.
Not sure if your car would be in this group but is worth looking into as some mot testers will argue anything post 92 should be tested as fitted with a cat.
