need help regarding trader insurance.

iv been with tradesure for 3 year. part time car seller, what happen was this year got an evo 8 mr and declared the mod and they said they wont cover as being an evo so had to take out a private poilcy. if they any trader motor then accept mod car.

I would say not well that's what ive found some will do imports
but only insure stock car

I had the same issue with Tradewise. Had a fully comp policy yet when I put the Evo on it & declared modifications they would only insure third party only, Not even insured for fire or theft!!! Needless to say, that got binned off & took a private policy out so if some scrote stole it at least id be covered

I was with Tradewise for 5 years and had nothing but hassle! Was given a list as long as your arm to the vehicles i could not insure,which included the Evo!!! I had show them proof my Evo was insured with paceward before they would renew my policy! In the end i went with Bollington's but even they will not cover the Evo and a couple of other Vehicles!

Ive had a result with Lifestyle insurance brokers who sorted the insurance with Tradewise. Ive proved that the policy was misold & not as I specified & applied to cancel the policy within the rules of their terms & conditions. You have 14days from when you physically get their terms & conditions in the post, not from the date the policy was taken out. FULL refund coming back to me & NEVER again dealing with these utter cowboys! Yee Haaa lol

Nope... Cant find ANY trade insurance companies that will insure it as a modified imported vehicle. Nuts really
