Need advice evo 7 rs or evo fq evo 7 or 8

Seen evo 7 . The guy not sure if it an rs or an Fq.got all the Fq part on it. How can I tell and what the diff between evo 7 rs Fq and normal evo 7. 2nd which is better evo 7 or 8 .

Which is worth more Fq or rs. He think it an rs but he not sure. He just a trader

Fq is worth more. It will have a plaque by the heartsick for starters with a build number

And I would say the 8 is better because I have one but essentially the same car
