i went to rich at rg motorsport to get my car mapped.first thing was trying to put a base map[ on my ecu and it did not like that:rotz:so he had to change that for another one!!!sorted that one :lol:put a map on went to the testing place and the car starts boosting a 4.5-5k so he tryed a few things and still the same, back to rg and stripped the car down to check the actorator (sorry spelling)and thats fine but the flap inside the turbo is foooooooo*ed which is not closing the flap.so i need to find another turbo:shake:its just now and then it closes proper and boosts so well.so its been a long day and more money:naughty::naughty:i will be on the look out for a evo 9 turbo:mhihi:

thanks for all your hard work rich and see you soon with a 9 turbo hehe
cheers stewart

it needs slight movement so that it can cover the hole perfectly but unfortunaty cos it needs to move it also wears :)

an MR 10.5 single flapper is proble the cheapest and best way for you to go besides fitting a IX 80 series that is :)

The only bolts I had issues with wer the Top edge of the manifold I had to bash a smaller socket onto the nut and with some freeze spray it spun off apart from that it was easy if you do decide to attempt it make sure you drain all the oil out as it will p155 out the oil return from the turbo.
