All of those mods, with exception of clutch should be reasonably visable.

The clutch will be heavy if it has a twin plate
The fuel pump is in under the inspection panel under back seats but you'd need to take it apart to check.

All other you will be able to see.

Worth asking if it has a map but CLark Motorsport will know from a call and what boost it is running.

Doesnt say if it has a boost controller or not though, not essential however
