Well my forge engine that i built is now in the Evo, happy days so far no leaks and running sweet just past 100 miles so need to do first oil change, only 400 miles to go before remap but already feeling more responsive only fault is im getting vibration when coming onto boost which i have got to work out, its either exhaust needs realigning or its cause i have got rid of the balance shafts. Has anyone taken out there balance shafts and noticed vibration? Anyway heres some pics one of engine build and other of fitting it

Bores bored out to accomadate new pistons
Evo 8 5 layer metal head gasket
Head skimmed and valves lapped in
Evo 5 ecu
Evo 5 560cc injectors
Walbro 255 fuel pump
3 inch front pipe
cat removed

Total to date is around £3500 for engine work turbo etc

Hoping as soon as run in will get good results on the dyno anyone wanna guess what it gonna do on the rollers...........

i removed balance shafts from my old evo and my current evo doesnt have any neither and although i might say the engine is noisey i wouldnt say there was any vibrations

i think its just the exhaust in wrong place or just gonna be such a monster it has a different exhaust tone lol
