Update, The car itself hasn't seen the day of light still. Decided to make the car a full 'shell' restoration. Every component has been removed from the chassis. I have been using a wire wheel on the chassis to clean the shell up for primer, stonechip and white paint.

The project was going to cost me thousands, The evo had to go to make way for some great ideas i had in mind. A friend has been fitting me new floorpans and a sill. With the money left over from buying a runaround car i spent it on the RS.

As you can tell, ive spend over £1,500 on it in the last couple of months. Ive also Brought but have no pics of the Cosworth rear disc conversion also a Wilwood brake Bias valve, numerous of small parts and i still need to get the full Poly. Bush kit aswell. Currently enjoying the project, and would say im about half way through it.

Would be good to see them. I have looked on your FB but to no avail. So i sold the evo to pay towards this and brought an Eunos roadster as a runaround. Now ive sold that too. Expensive hobby.

once ive finished the restore i'll be looking at another nice car to own. Either an EsCos or a nice Evo V or VI. Sadly i'll have to save up for either on them.

Well the Wilwood kit was too small so had to buy a bigger kit. plenty of new pics taken and i am now on the LHS:

Had to refurb the alloys myself as they came off a 3DR sierra Cosworth that was used for trackdays

Im getting rid of ABS so had to source a non abs brake res. came up clean after a scrub:

And how its sitting now until tomorrow:

Tahnks for the comments lads, Yes exhaust came up really well I found a date stamp on it from may 1998 when i polished it back. Tomorrow should see the front LHS arch started. Love the RS7 spokes too.
