My first modded car!

Just been having a clear out and found some pictures of the second car I owned and my first one which started the modding scene!

Its a VW Scirocco Scala 1.8;
If I recall I did the following to it (before trading it in for a MKIII GolfGTI - which I regretted);
- Spax 10 point adjustable Coilovers;
- Uprated brake discs and painted calipers (from an Audi 80 Quattro I think)
- Sebring exhaust system
- 3 spoke alloys (think they were called Tekno Brio or summat like that)
- Webber carbs
- And a top end pioneer tape player, CD multi-stack and a raft of Infinity speakers!

I'd like to have it back now and do an engine transplant.
Although it was a 2+2 it probably had the biggest boot of all the cars I have owned!

White fabirc was a pig to keep clean!

i had the gti but was 84 a reg
fitted scala bodykit colour coded white
it did have a set of 16" five spoke compomotive wheels which fitted the arches nicely
when i sold it the missus had the right hump as she used it while i had a mk2 16v gti golf with all the extras and mods you could have then
