my EVO VIII 260

i bought my 260 in march 2011, i added mud-flaps & odds n ends the next week as you do.
i loved it but always knew it was the baby of the range, which niggled at me.
so decided to tune it up a bit.
work started at powerstation in april with a turbo back 3" milltek decat, hks superpower flow kit and ecutek remap.
power went upto 325.
only 1.2 bar boost tho due to weak acutator.
car went back in for a forge acutator to be fitted and another tweek on the dyno showed 1.6 bar now and a new read out showing 341 bhp.
thats it now, my little 260 has grown up now.
it sounds and drives great, next plans are just a good service in july.
famous last words hey, probably always want more and more jobs done, but happy at moment.

Nice 1mate my mods in progress on my mr300. How much did you pay for remap how long did it take sounds good another 80bhp for induction kit and exhaust. How much for actuator what does it do?
I WANs get mine to 380 bhp in the next couple of weeks.
Hoe much did you pay for exhaust and induction kit.
Mine got cambelt service due so my budget not that much at the moment.

going on hols for week today so will get some pics done next weekend.
cost for exhaust, hks powerflow and remap was £1700. 900 for 700 for exhaust about 500 for remap and 150 for hks kit. rest was labour.
the acutator keeps the turbo boost up,the old one was only able to keep 1.2 bar. this was about £140.
£290 fitted and put on dyno again and tweeked on the chaps pc so good price i thought for good few hours work. will add pics when back from crete.

I am running the same power bud. Mine was 338.5hp on 1.4bar i never got it dyno'd on 1.6 which it run's every day. Also it will do 1.95bar for overtaking
Not bad for a 260. Mine has a custom exhaust, dump valve, panel filter HKS, Top hard pipekit custom and a walbro 255 re mapped by evonut, no acutator tho just standard, oh and a boost controller

hks panel filter
air box mod
hks down pipe
decat
hks super drager cat back
and soon to have a walbro fuel pump
and will be mapped for 1.7 bar

last map i had done i was at 332bhp at 1.4 bar and 350lbft, after i get these bits done and after the sprints next year im gonna leave it alone and no do anything on it.
