Agree totally mate, just not sure what to do, I don't really want angel eyes. On my old 306gti I took the headlights off, took a heat gun to them, split them and sprayed the silver diffuser black. It looked great, just not had the balls/not sure if its possible to do it to the evo. Other than cheapy angel eyes on eBay I haven't been able to find and black headlights. Any suggestions would be great.

Dont you dare get angle eyes for your evo,:whistling: they were made for BMWs and them alone, :razz:i took my 8 headlights apart and sprayed them black so shouldn't be too hard on yours.

Oh that's good to know, if the lights come apart on a more modern 8, I'm sure it will be doable on mine. Trust me there's nothing I want less than angel eyes, ill have a go on my next bit of time off. Is it a bumber off jobby on an evo? Has been on most other cars I've worked on. Did you use a high temp paint? Not sure how got the lamps would make the surrounding plastics.

Just found a ralli art decal in the garage that I got free with some bits at a show, just whacked it on, honest opinions..... I'm not sure, might take it back off .

Yeah I had a trial fit on the front screen, just didn't look right with the roof. Rear screen wasn't an option as the windows are heavily tinted so wouldn't see it. Think I'm gunna leave it on for a few days, see if it grows on me if not just take it off. Cheers for the input.

hi m8 i would recommend to use that "black mesh" with heater gun for your headlights,i know people who does this type of work -front ,rear, fog lights etc and also MOT friendly ill try to find pics later,cos at work ....

front and rear lights to do will cost you around £80, or you could buy on ebay(buy from usa) and do it your self p.s btw this pics of my mates audi.dan

got the roof done a rts creative on the road behind the new aldi, do you know it. Cost £250 for the roof, spoiler, number plate mount and air intake surround.
