Ok so it all starts with this eBay is a barsteward after breaking my white evo 5 and tryin to replace it with a day to day car wasn't cutting it my heart n soul cried for somethin more and wasn't in a position to afford a evo.. Although I had a fleet of cars lol.. So after scouting eBay and dreamin and drooling over many of evos I came accross somethin that took my attention and wud keep lookin and goin bk to that one... It was a Rheims blue evo 6 .. 2.3 stroker with bla bla this n that and the power was exactly wa I dreamt of ;-) so to read description had problems with smokin so got intouch with the company who had last worked on the car and they told the guy he's was ducked but he didn't wana take wa they said on board... He spent 5k with them having this changed that changed when he run out of funds took the car away and removed the head then it sat in his garage and that's when it went on eBay and I started to get my hopes up showed the mrs and she said that's the one!! After many or argument that I cudn afford it her final word was to buy it we wud sort the money somehow.. So 3mins to go and she and my best mate had planned that this car was being bought I received a phone all off him to buy it and her 1min after so I slammed my final bid in and walked away.. Went on 30mins later and I'm winning bidder--- what have I done not even seen the car and I've bought it :s ok If worse comes to worse il break it and make money bk
So sell everythin I cud and within a week its sorted

Ok next port of call ring Norris designs to confirm he built it all etc etc
Confirmation off Si that he built it etc Etc so it was next stage order gasket bolts and another head... To which Norris sent me all the build info numbers clearances etc and receipts -- the guy had spent 15k with Norris

Car never seen the road apart from when I took it for mot and home and by fuk was Intresting ;-) plan was a week later was booked with Ma developments for a map etc and little did I kno plans wud change!! Car never made Ma developments never seen the road after that with me... I was offered a rolling shell a kinda special one and I bit his arm off... So all runing gear fuel pumps etc etc out of the blue one and is waiting to go in the new beast..... I finally have all my bits now to start to build up in the new car more pics etc to come over the next week or so ;-)

The car had only done 1500 miles from when it was at Norris designs in 2009 and it was all built using a brand new 9 block so in theory the engine is more a less new... But because of the cams and profile they tend to wear valve guides... But all that is sorted

The mare is over I hope foxy... Have all new nice bits sitting in my bedroom waitin spoke to the guy who is puttin it all bk together as I don't have a garage he can get me in 2-3 weeks then its off to paint shop and touch up some bits n pieces.. Then the dreaded tax-mot-insurance then up to Ma developments and see what figures we can squeeze

Always wanted a red mak!! Never thought I wud get one but we are there.. And I'm more than happy with it a few finishing touches as I want it and I'm happy
