You might want to add some grammar to that post as I have no idea what you're asking for.

and i thought my gammer was bad:whistling: lol, with nick on this one, believe there one of the better one`s, power wish can do it bit by bit or all at once, most do it bit by bit due to fund`s,uprated air filter( panel ) decat, fuel pump, remap, will see you about 350ish, or all the above with true 3` exhaust from turbo back, boost controller, 3 port solenoid, should see about 380ish, imo, not sure on the cam front:confused: and witch turbo your running, think these will need upgrading for 400 bhp! hope this help`s;) EDIT just seen its a fq mr so your cam`s and turbo should be ok!? if i was you buddy i would go to the place with the best rep near to you!;)

Give your car to Matt at MG Autos....... really good rep. I took mine to Matt (from Ayrshire) for him to forge my car. His work is spot on and very helpful too. Can't go wrong there.

Listen to what he recommends and you wont go wrong.

Meant to say the turbo elbow will help as it really is restrictive, but you will be lucky to get 400/400 without a more aggressive cam and pulleys....... but will get damn close to it (IMO).

Thanks for the advice guys sorry bout the grammar, by the way should I get a turbo elbow on there I'm quite happy with around 380 to 400 bhp. Do people always change the turbo elbow when going for a turbo back exhaust? I probably will book it in next week, thanks for your help guys.

Yes I would change the elbow, seems daft to fit a 3" exhaust then still leave the gasses to come out through a straw :)

I had a turbo technics one on my VII it's a proper cast one unlike the shite you see on eBay

I would prob fit a resonated de-cat though and not a straight pipe one as this will help keep the noise down a little cos with the 3" elbow and downpipe and cat back she will get quite loud.

Had a miltek 3" on my VII which was ment to be the quietest 3" you can buy but once I fitted the elbow it was louder than my mates IX which had a nur spec fitted and down pipe and de-cat. Then he also fitted a 3"elbow and my god was it loud.
Mine was 97db which was plenty loud enough and could be heard for miles when on full boost :):)

I've heard mg autos have a good rep also so should be in good hands with them, just get all your parts fitted at once then one mapping session. Tweaks can be made to the map at any time after but you just pay for he mappers time so alot cheaper :)

Thanks guys really appreciate the info just gta figure out how to save some money doing this. Lol . I know my grammer probably not as good as it should be but then the last time i wrote n e thing cant remember lol. As for the parts there not as expensive as what people charge to fit them I mean I probably be looking at around??? But if I got the parts and got them fitted been told I could save 200 300 pounds just Gota find sum1 to fit them and then remap it dnt know but Gota get this done next couple of weeks defo. Thanks

The exhaust side of things can be done by anyone with sockets and spanners. And you can always buy a used exhaust system cos it's not like they don't last so that will save alot of money. You can also buy a used boost controller but buy a good one such as a apexi avcr :)
