MOT Emissions Failure

Car failed MOT on emissions have attached pic to see if anyone can provide any suggestions to where to start on this??

It still has got a CAT fitted ??
When I had my 9 360 and put it in for its first MOT I just assumed it still had the std. Sport CAT fitted but it had a straight through Milltek, turbo back.
It wasn't even that loud either.

Lambda is out check if the O2 sensor is working first

Thanks guys at least that's a starting point.....the spec is believed to have just had a stage 1 upgrade but once it has passed mot am going to take it somewhere for them to let me know what has been done to it.....good and bad as I am confident it has not been given the tlc it deserved.

Best way to check if Lambda is fooked???

Looked tonight and has de cat pipe with what looks like a bolt in the side of it, should there be a sensor in this??

It's probably where a wb02 was probably used

Just with a 22mm spanner, or a dedicated 22mm cut out socket
