Im Damian im new
After abit of help!!!! :blush:
Looking to buy either an evo 7 or an 8. Im on abit of a budget ive got 9k max.
Now ive always been a scooby man so evos are a shady area ( always wanted one but dont know much about them).
Am i going to get anything good for that price,does anyone know where to start looking or where to go,also best places for insurance and the fuel????
wots thats like around 15mpg if your careful im told (really) :wtf: im coming from blandford to poole everyday (ouch).

Mate there are some bargains to be had at the moment and as people ain't able to sell cos of them being high performance cars then youll be supprised how much money people will drop to get a sell.

9k will get you a Evo 8 with a few mods done or a 7 with even more mods done.
As for the fuel that's rubbish, I get 15 to the gallon but my car is 500bhp and I don't really go that far so all town driving.
You will see 20-30 mpg in a standard car or 400bhp car around 20-25 depending on your driving style

B6lee is spot on mate, the for sale section on forums is usually a good place to start or autotrader, jus do a lil more research on the different specs first as some traders really have no clue what they are sellin somtimes when it comes to evo's

Welcome along mate the best place for insurance and fuel at a guess I would say one of the high perfomance specialists such as Adrian Flux, Pace Ward or Keith Michaels etc. As for fuel I would try a garage:whistling: with V-Power being the motion lotion of choice You should be seeing 25 mpg but dropping off if you are boost happy:twisted:

It's abit of a trip u will be doing daily in ur evo :wtf::wtf::wtf:

I would be concerned as to the miles u would be tallying up in it, a 2 hour trip costs me in a 337 bhp 6 £80.

So that's not cheap on a daily basis!!
