cams and a evo IX turbo should see you with a fast stock spooling and best part of 400bhp.

or cams, rod job and a S205 turbo with a bigger intercooler, full race manifold and some 1000cc injectors will see you knocking on the door of 500 bhp :)

Jun's are probably the best cams, not cheap though.. Had Tomeis on my last one and they were more than good enough, good price too. The new hks turbo is getting some good results at the moment and seems to have better spool compared to the s205.. If you after a lot more power than 400, you defiantly need to be looking at a rod job at least, and a good manifold will help too..

Cams, turbo, manifold and rod job gonna set you back around £4k though, unless you can get some good condition second hand bits

id say kelford 272. whats reckon AND ?

Kelfords are defiantly up there, but are as wild as hell, and wouldn't sit right in my seven.. Went through 2 other sets before we settled with the tomeis (B Crowers and Kelfords)

interesting how you got 360bhp with that short amount of mods what else has been done? my 260 at 1.4 bar makes 332bhp 350lbft with air box mod, down pipe, decat, walpro fuel pump, and cat back super drager and the remap.

Was live mapped at rs tuning I've got a walbro fuel pump missed that out, the reading is at the flywheel not the wheels

they would be a good bace for any future mods which is what i should have done when i had my engine built in my VII. was going for 400bhp than along came a 500bhp turbo in the second hand market which i had to have but then my milder cams held it back:sad:

for cheap I'd go for some 264 cams and a 10.5 hotside, much more and you may as well go the full hog.

Might be the best way to go considering that the OP is asking for an easy way out.

Kelfords are great but as Skuff mentioned, JUN is the daddy.................but with a top product you always have a huge price tag.
