Jesus man! You do not listen to us!!! If you did you would of put a thread up for us to choose who should be the next EO, but no you saw fit to do it all in private in your staff room. Like you say it's your decision and what you say goes! We're just numptys that keep the place alive. Nevermind!

If you can not see the inappropriate nature within your post then do as I invited. If you can see where you were inappropriate change your ways, dont air your opinion in such a crass manor and air them in a constructive manor and your endeavors will be much more fruitful with me.

I cant be bothered to go through it all again. The short version is that it is a position where the person needs to be trusted, needs to be capable and most of all needs to want to do it. This narrows the list down considerably.
And no, the point of staff is that we can make these decisions between us.
You dont consult with every member of staff when you want to hire a new cleaner in the office do you.

You are allowed to air views, providing it is not done is such vulgar terms and it is done in a constructive way. Just being plain offensive in a public forum is not the right way to go.
And no I wont ban you unless you also end up posting such material.

If you wish to ban me then that decision is completely up to you.
