Hay all, Im currently looking to sell my M3 to make way for an evo so thought id join up here to try find out a wee bit more about the evo's before i jump in.

Im from a place called Elgin up in the north east of Scotland and work offshore on oil rigs.

Had a Scoob a few years back but got the M3 bug and got myself a beauty, M3's are pretty amazing cars and I hope to find a good evo to fill the space.

Was a big fan of an M3 forum, which turned out to be a very expensive, after seeing all the mods folks get, it seemed to be never ending :¬(

Anyways I hope annoy yous all later and if you know anyone looking for a good M3 ;¬)

A pic of me M3

Cheers lads I was hoping to get maybe a tad over 10k for the M, just serviced it for bloody £700.

Ive been trying to do some research about the different models of evo's but still pretty confused about all the GSR MR and FQ's

I think ill be likely to go for the Evo 8 or newer? Anywhere i can look to find out more on the different spec?

Chhers

Nice a k7:)The difference between a fq and gsr is not a lot other than that a gsr is an import, the fq's were officially imported as gsr's then converted to uk spec by the colt car company then xtreme of dudley or was it the other way around, I can't remember lol:blush::)
