Hi guys, as the title says i'm looking at buying an Evo, possibly this weekend if the one i'm looking at is okay, if not then as soon as is practical. A little bit about myself, i work offshore in the oil industry so only get to drive in the 2 weeks i'm home so i think that validates me owning a car costing that little bit extra to run 
Works out the same as an average driver in the long run i guess. Anyway, i've owned a Toyota Supra for the last year which i've just sold this week so i'm looking for the next car to enjoy. Thought i'd go AWD this time as RWD is (fun at first) gets a bit annoying after a while when it starts raining and you have to drive like a granny to stop yourself ploughing in ever wall you come across. Until they make drifting around a roundabout legal i'm going to be sticking to AWD performance cars lol. Enough about me anyway, i've been lookin at Evo's the past couple of weeks and have seen a few i liked, the most recent being an Evo IV on Pisonheds as its Local, i've posted the link below (hope i'm allowed to do that on here, sorry if i'm not) and was hoping you guys could take a look and tell me what you thought of it, price, performance etc. One thing that i was concerned about was the increase in boost pressure without him mentioning there being any sort of boost controller. I realise the Evo IV has a very strong engine with a metal head so is this car fine running at 1 Bar continually or would i expect to see a decrease in reliability down the line? Service wise it seems okay, i'm guessing the clutch will need changing at some point as its covered nearly 70k miles. What sort of mileage would you normally replace a clutch at on these? My knowledge on Evo's isnt as good as Supes so i'll be brushing up on it this week using the Forum, so until then thanks for reading this, it turned into a bit of an epically long hello, so i'll stop here
