Looking at an E9, is it worth it?

I'm currently looking at an Silver E9 FQ-320, tuned to 417Bhp. It's done 52,000 miles with F.S.H, I think this is high, but it might be me forgetting that these cars are getting old now. The attraction is that it already has most of the carbon fibre that I would put on one already, and it's already at 417Bhp.

It's priced at £12,299, is this well priced?

Also, has anyone had any dealings with Xtreme Karz?

Kirk.

Never dealt with them so don't know.

Doesnt seem like they have many cars for sale on Autotrader but spec does read good and suggests full service history, map by reputable tuner, looks nice and clean and includes private plate so I would say a decent price.

I would have the car fully checked, get the low down on the map and tuning from the tuner.

Worth a look, have a good test drive and get someone in the know to give it a full once over before committing. Otherwise you will be like me - digging deep to fix problems that should have been spotted before buying!

416bhp seems a little aggressive if on standard internals/turbo.

Stay away from companies that use stupid spellings as their business names. Simplez! :D

If your not the other side of the country if go and look at it. Just go with the preteses that they're bell ends and you don't really want the car. That way if it IS a minter it will shine through.

There are lots of other genuine cars about for similar money though.

Best options: well know dealers or club owners cars.

Too many dodgy garages out there
