i am looking for best shipping company to ship my parts and my stuff to the UK.

Well although parcel force seem to be fair priced and my item arrived at its destination in one piece I believe that was only down to my good packaging and blind luck, as the driver 'threw' the bumper from the back to the front of his van.

So take what you will from that I would say not PF
