Well firstly spraying wheels. Depends what else ur good at lol

£130 later??? Local powder coaters does 'em for £50 a wheel...much less hassle and will end up with a better tougher finish too. Hope it all goes well though, I despise refurbing wheels, or anything painted, removing the old paint is a massive PITA!

Next time I do wheels I'm getting them shot blasted for £20 a corner at the local powder coaters, then just need some paint, got a compressor and spray gun already which makes life a whole lot easier.

I've never done it before and had a weekend free so thought why not, i did over buy on some stuff but rather that then under buy and be short.

I never had any power tools, heat lamps or spray gun, just my hands, the sun, spray cans, and some good old sand paper.

It is much less hassle to pay someone to do it for you, but the satisfaction of doing it yourself far out weighs the thrill of having someone else do them, plus if i get stone chips or kerb them, then i know that i can re do it my self.

I'm no expert far from it, the more i practice the better the result, but this was my first attempt so i'm chuffed with it.
