Leaking oil!

Hi guys can anyone please help, my evo VII has sprung a leak from what I think may be the gearbox? I have not yet had it on a ramp so cannot confirm, does anybody know of causes etc? Many many thanks!!!!!

I think the normal weak place matey is the seal between the gearbox and the Transfer box!

The seal is no more than a tenner

It's the usual story am afraid where the part is like Steve said only a couple of pounds but the actual job is some what time consuming and labour intensive!

You need to find the leak first really. There is a small O ring round a breather hole sandwiched between transfer and gearbox. Could be that one is missing if the transfer has been out

Cheers mate had it checked out today, two seals have failed, one is a square gasket held in by four bolts and the other is the big one held in by 6 bolts, I dont know what they are called though to order them! Any ideas from my very vague description!?
