Leaking e4

Hi peeps, after returning from work this evening I found a pool of coolant around the o/s front tyre. I popped the bonnet and had a look and as far as I can see its come from the overflow pipe on the expansion tank. Never had this happen to me before so any ideas as to why it should do it now. I topped the coolant up last week as it does seem to like a drink but did not overfill. Bit concerning seeing that I have had an e6 lump in it for the past 6 months and dont want to lose this one.

We're you driving it hard?

Mine has done this when there's a bit too much coolant in and then driving it hard, made me panick a bit but read its quite normal.

As for the drinking it, have you checked for any other slight leaks in the system?

could just be a nackered rad cap
