Hiya people, just wondered if there are any threads or links showing how to replace these?

or from what ive read

use a prybar to force the springs down (carefully) using the camshaft as a prop.
next remove the rocker covers and access the lash adjusters.
you should be able to get about 13-14 this way, then rock the car gently to get the cam lobes to give you enough clearance to get the remaining lash adjuste

Is a lot easier with the tool and can buy them for £10 I think i had a few made a couple years ago when done my old e4 defo easier/safer

Ive just ran into m shed, i checked My tool ,its not from bluepiont like most of em, mine is from SCHLEY ..

Its a Schley 99700

So Look for Schley 99700 or SL99700

Of course youll need to shop around till you find the cheapest one.but it makes the job a lot easier than faffing about with screw drivers and needing help from a mate,No fuss,No bloody knuckles etc etc
