Lash Adjusters

Anyone point my in the right direction on where to find a set of lash adjusters? mine are starting to make a noise and i'd like to change them.

aright stevo you should try el or jamie pretty sure they could sort you out bud! have you taken rocker cover off and had a look!? it can sometimes be a easy fix without having to change them sumtimes you can get air trapped under the lash adjuster and will cause the tapping sound that can be sorted by sum1 who knows what there doing bud. but they aint that dear so maybe be better just to replace them up to u bud as im sure its a common fault am i right guys??

the car had a service only about 500 miles ago but i'll try clean them out see if that works. wots best for cleaning them?

A very thin pin, some brake cleaner or petrol and a blower might be handy.
Leave um for a couple of hours in petrol or brake cleaner. You might wonna check if they are still working correctly by pushing down on them and checking if they got slight movement. Compare them all to each other and see if they are raised the same amounts too.
Might be one or more are finished and they ain't come back up.
Don't forget to lubricate them well and leave them in some oil before you wack them back in though.
