Knocking noise and juddering

Morning everyone

I was reversing onto my drive when the car started juddering, felt like the wheels were dragging and could hear this awful knocking/clunking noise :/
The car needs front discs and pads, could it be down to that or could it maybe be drive shafts?
Had her at AMS the other day aswell to get her a quick check over as she was making a similar noise to when the diff and front dampers needed done. Wayne took her out, put her on lift and checked round her. He could hear the noise but couldnt pin point it and said that she looked ok but to just keep eye on her. So hoping it is just a brakes problem

Any help or advice would be very appreciated

Sounds more like a diff issue to me. Drain each of the oils and you should find one of them has metal bits in it

Yeah, the juddering and dragging of the wheels only happens when going slow, and not every time. But the noises happen at any speed

Took her to EvoTune for her to get serviced. Jamie said all went well and she seems ok

She hasn't made that noise again when the wheels felt as tho they were dragging but she is still making this other noise. Its like a constant clunking noise which gradually gets louder and also gets louder if you go over a bump or dip in the road

If it hasnt been sorted or gone by time of japshow bring it over and il have a look for you. Could be a shocker. Are they standard on your evo?

Thankyou, that's very kind of you. Yeah, just standard bilstein ones. Front did get replaced October last year

Yvw. Its annoying when theres a noise and it wont go away. Ive got two front shockers off mine that were ok so il just swap them over and see if its there or not after fitting. Its an elimination process. Just takes a while to pin point stuff.
