Knife Edged Forged E5 Turbo

I get my E5 Turbo back tomorrow fully forged with new bearings, 20G compressor wheel,uprated ceramic compressor wheel, 10.5 Hot Plate, forge actuator 1.7 bar, ported and knife edged that will be capable for 450- 500 BHP now. Will put up photos of this when i go to collect it tomorrow evening. Cant wait to get this back and have my evo back on the road. Engine going back in tomorrow afternoon, evening i hope

Will get the photos up tomorrow when get the turbo back and this is my every day run about evo lol, had a gt35 turbo on this pushing near 700 bhp until sold the gt35 so now going for 450 bhp and as much torque as i can get. Take it to the track and keep getting red flagged lol

haha! sounds epic! cant wait il i can afford to extract some more power from my motor! 340 is ok but i want 400 ideally. should be enough for the road haha.

400/400 on a forged engine is ideal mate and drives really really nice. The cam lock tool locks the cams gears or for the timing belt tensioner. You cant over tighten the belt or you will kill the life of the tensioners and also will need to lock the cam gears in place. I do mine differently when changing a belt but i have scribed marks on mine for TDC so saves a little time when changing it. You can use a pair of angled long nose pliers but they will burr after a couple or 3 times of use. Get a mitsubishi tool from ebay or camskills part number MD998752

Know what you mean mate and i always do that to every car i get whether they say its been changed or not for peace of mind. Will tell the tools you need etc in CD i am sendung you but you will find easier and quicker ways of doing it when you have done ot a few times. great with balance shaft removed as only takes about an hr and 30 mins to do it for the price of a timing belt kit and tensioners its cheaper than an engine rebuild

No links sorry mate but you have the part number and call camskills, arnside, amber performance, indigo gt or a dealer and price it . Dont pay no more than £25 for it.

Use a pair of right angled long nose pliers until you get the tool and i will source it for you ok or order from america and delivery usually within 2 weeks and then you have ot for the next time and for anyone else who wants you to change the timing belt of their evo. Mind and get a full belt kit and tensioner kit for your evo and dont pay no more than £125 for them if getting gates and £100 if blueprint but should be a little cheaper than that. I get these at trade price but by the time i would post it to you you would only be saving £10-£12 mate.

Thats the wrong one mate and you can make this from a threaded bar and 2 nuts to lock it. Thats what we do and that is to expensive also.
