Okay got my bearings straight on the location...and really thought it was beautiful there. My mum and dad use to drive to Wales on his Manx Norton with their club in the day and they really liked it.

I found that the for sale bit is really good on the MLR, however some peoples prices are crazy.

I like my sprinting so get to a good few events and generally the lot that do the track days are a good bunch.

Having been on it for a few years I've learned to take the opinions of certain people as they know what they are talking about.

Keyboard warriors galore over there, but on a seperate note because I'm on there I get cheap insurance - trackday cover and my insurance pays my MLR membership fees.

This is a very different site, IN A GOOD WAY THOUGH :ninja:

Just can't belive it's taken me so long to get on it.

i only use the mlr now a days for info on my car, problems etc, as there arent many x owners on here :(, and the group buys for the membership prices are worthwhile to :), got myself a nice modular system for my x :D, some of them are a bunch of tossers really tho, they think the whole world shines out of their arses!

i know there are some nice people, mostly all of them actually, i ment the obvious nasty ones that pick on people, such as aidy and bloke101, should have specified that really, and im only on the mlr as i say for answers to my questions from other x owners as there are only maybe 1 or 2 on here.

Attacked by the flag squad, you mentioned 2 names in there that I couldnt agree more on. Real ninjas from behind the block of a puter and cables. Wish I knew as much as them. Oh I really do then II would be as good as Chuck Norris.

You know when Aidys about Chuck Norris hides and cries

Nickygixer,

I'm not sure if I've mentioned this to you before (on another forum, if so!) but I have relatives from Blackwood. In fact, almost every single relative I have live just up the road, in Monmouth.

i became a member of this forum and the mlr at the same time
the reason being i was trying to find a good evo and info on them
in the end i narrowed it down to a choice of 2 evos and then searched for a car
i did buy a evo from a mlr member in wales and his description/pictures and responce to my questions prompted me to go and see car
in all both sites are as good as each other but and have met some good people from both sites
all you have to do is ignore the idiots and you will work out who is a genuine evo guru/enthusiast

Nickygixer-k5,

Must have just intended to, then. My cousins are called Banwell, still in/around Blackwood.

Evogeof,

Not that near, mate, I live in Blackpool ! I do visit the valleys several times a year, though. Probably next there for Mother's Day then for Japfest, can't beat a bit of home-cooking by my Mum.
