Jumping Speedo on EVO 6

I seem to have an electrical fault on the EVO 6.

If you put the indicators on the Speedo jumps from 0 to 20 with every click of the indicator.

Also if i press the IC spray or do something like that the engine revs drop very slightly and then return to normal after the function has been performed.

Any suggestions? I figured could be a bad earth perhaps but im no sparky.
