are they any better than my standard manifold?
much should i pay for 1

Monkey metal mate there about 120 quid of fleabay and crack easy I bought the japspeed ones for my subaru with in 4 months I had to replace it.
Not work the hassle imo

Sound is nice a crisp. To notice any improvement you'll need to get the ecu flashed. I've been told the stock manifold is good for 500 bhp by a few.

I've had first hand experience with this garbage! Don't bother had bits of weld go through the turbo!

The welds split easy on them and you'll find the quality of ss is pretty bad and really thin. If your gonna spent around a ton then get an newer original one.
