:mad:lol siht wnaks and dangle berrys over heated threw the rad cap off couldnt really stop any wear safe now its as lumpy as a lumpy thing made of lumps missing and stinking of petrol just filled it on the high grade aswell... need a stainless headgasket do i need to change the head bolts? thats proberly why its been rnning poo latly he was telling me he had head ache.... :mad:

Are you running a manual boost controller without a boost gauge???

its just shite evrytime it revs over 3k it starts to chuck the water out, only starts wen it wants to does just over 200miles on 50litres of high grade.... then it had the cheeck to dump the atf all over my drive its a dog.... so what do u do with a dog u shoot it.. i shot if off swaps earlyer a guy from essex drove 3 hours in flat bed tranny took my non running poo and droped me off an all working scooby legacy GTB twin turbo.... el how do i de-restric it???? its got 10month mot 2 mounths tax and has a manual box just how it should be!!!! still resticted to 112. cool by the way there was a 4 in witney yesterday creamed me in the baby it was like a super bike away from my 220bhp

the evo owed me 1600 so i dont think i done 2 bad...

That was a fair swap but more in your favour then his.

The GTB is an OK car which holds it's value so you should be allright with it.

Just check the suspension for leaks, do not restrict it though.

What condition is the body work like???

to be honest mate its not as good as the evo but 78% mint lol

it tops at 180 kmh is there somthing or a part to fix it???

im evo till i die but that baby was a head ache mate
the scooby has a degusting engine bay well over engineered i think more pipes than a triple heart bi-pass

the guy before got the turbos running together??? is that safe???

it shuts off at 180 5th gear just coming up to 5k and thats wear the bigger power band is.

the guy said its got a mines ecu?
wen i over boost the engine light comes on and wont power over 4k, he said flick the ignition on and off and it resets??
it does then boosts again like normal

one more thing

is there such thing as lazy turbo i.e say ive just droped to 3rd raged up the box...
it seem to lose power for a couple of miles then it pics back up is that becuase the turbos are running together?

Yes mate, your predictions are right, you will be a good techy one day!!! As I said, the trial by error grease monkeys usually end up the most clued up!!!

The benefit of a twin spool is a more faster pick up, your car will run rings around most Imprezas that you will come across, especially the green turbo 2000 AWD's as well as the WRX's. Maybe give a few STI's a good run for there money too.

The down side is that the two turbo's will be fighting each other, there is no lazy turbo here, just UFC!!!

As for the switch off the car business, I think you need to give those turbo's a looking over, maybe you need to get an oil catch tank fitted too. In fact that is the first thing to do as when you take a corner too fast the oil goes to the other side of the sump and for split second or so, you have no oil in the engine!!!

The car is good for the money. Just tidy it up and try not to blow it up!!!

Make it presentable and get shot of it. Put it on ebay, It will go quicker then it came in guaranteed.

Buy an Evo III and then talk to me.
