When driving the car I think the exhaust is vibrating now and then could it be possible that the downpipe has come loose by the turbo elbow and it's causing it to move from time to time??

Could be possible mate , but im sure you would get more of a REACTION from the car if down pipe was loose you would hear it aswell.

Jack it up and have a look pal.

Stop worrying and get the grinding noise in arch done first .

I know am trying to mate don't know what it Id I think it's the exhaust but to be honest I havnt got a clue let a few of mates have a go and they told me it's the exhaust (the grinding noise in the arch) I took the wheel off didn't find anything wrong with it so I put it back on and now I think it's the exhaust. Mate on no mechanic it's stressing me out all week just really need to show it too someone who knows but I don't know who would know the garage I was using is a Evo specialist but they had an apprentice on my car and only once I got to speak to the technician As he was going home. When I got my car back the second time it was in the garage I asked about the noise the apprentice who took me for a test drive to make sure my cars ok, I asked and pointed the noise out to him mate he told me it's the clutch now even I can tell you it's not the clutch and I ain't no mechanic, but I've had alot of clutches and flywheels changed on cars I bought to sell and I know when a clutch is gone.
So I'm stuck after a whole week same problem and still ain't got a clue.
