Is it F@cked? Rattle/Knocking

This has developed over the last month or so and in the last week has got a lot worse and I'm seeing a big loss of power (like driving a 1ltr again). Thought it was an air leak but this sounds to meaty for that.
Have a listen please peeps and give me your thoughts

Doesnt sound clever at all! How come you kept using it when it first started? Could be anything but my guess is that its major.....maybe big end or mains?? Propper knocking isnt it......

As far as I'm aware its had the new big ends, from the position of it I'm guessing maybe lash adjusters? Might be due for a head rebuild. Fitted a boost gauge today to see if I'm actually loosing boost, we'll see...

I dont know what pressure the turbo should be pushing out but i dont think that knock is turbo related....sounds like a bit of investigation work is needed, pull the rocker cover off and have a look in there, does it sound louded from the back of the engine??

Pull the sump off and check the big ends that siunds like a bottom knock

Didn't get chance, did an oil change and fitted a gauge to the car at the weekend. Took for a quick test drive and it spun a shell I recon so me thinks the oil pump is junk, and the rest of the internals now
