Intercooler upgrade

Hi guys am after replacing my intercooler as its seen better days, has any 1 ever used the autobahn 88 FMIC and what's it lyk, ideally I want to get an upgrade wher I dont need to cut bumper change pipes ect.

Not to sure on that one ive got a forge one on mine does the job and will hold 400bhp

Forgot to say I have e8 running 410, been looking at the autobahn FMIC but found a few posts where the pipes are supposed to be shite, but don't no if you can use pipes I have on as there hks and would rather leave them on

Standard is good for what you are running and supposidly good for 450bhp. Unless you where going over that id stick with standard. Are you planning on upgrading to above 450?

No stoping at 410 mate only wana change it because of how it looks its pretty battered, want a nice shiny one ha

Autobahn cooler itself not to bad but as said, pipework doesn't really work and the cooler itself won't work with the standard 7/8/9 pipework.
Best off sticking to the standard cooler mate. Get yourself a can of black stone guard and it will look mint

Decided on a mishimoto sline in black based on reviews seems a barging at the price and apparently it's just the silicone hoses that need changed not hard pipes

Managed to fit an aftermaket cooler to stock hard pipes. But you get what you pay for and there are far better coolers out ther then autobahn and mishimoto

It's better than stock which is a bonus and they offer a life time warranty, also It would bring me to tears paying 1000s for 1 hks, greedy ect

True they aren't cheap, ams is one of the best cores you can buy, not a cheap option

What was the fit like on the mishimoto core?

Haven't revived it yet mate, am going off reviews and posts in other forums, could be a different story when I get it tho, only one way to find out ha
