as said above ^^ is this a common problem ? is there somthing that is causing this ? or is it just the case that its not tight enough ? thanks 
Try some new jewbly clamps and make sure it's claimed the correct side of the lip on the pipe and that will do the trick
standard pipework and cooler or no ?
what boost level ?
just check that the outlet on the cooler has a ridge on the end of the pipe to stop the coupler slipping offnot standard m8 dont no make thoand 1.2 bar
