intercooler hose keeps blowing off :@

as said above ^^ is this a common problem ? is there somthing that is causing this ? or is it just the case that its not tight enough ? thanks

Which hose? You need to get some decent clamps.

Try some new jewbly clamps and make sure it's claimed the correct side of the lip on the pipe and that will do the trick

just check that the outlet on the cooler has a ridge on the end of the pipe to stop the coupler slipping off

That'll be half the problem. Ideally get some murray clamps, they'll bend the pipework before they let go
